Before starting the search of a perfect place, we gather information about your ceremony, plans that you have already realized as well as your expectations. In this way the suggestions that you receive from us are not only our recommendation, but they also match the criteria specified by you.

 We help in choosing the venue for your wedding reception in two ways. The first option includes the presentation of venues recommended by us – it is a perfect solution for those Couples who intend to organize the event on their own.

The second option is recommended for Couples who want to be provided with comprehensive assistance. It includes: detailed information about the chosen venues (including their advantages and disadvantages), photos, menu suggestions, price offer, comparison of chosen reception venues, suggestions concerning: the arrangement of the reception hall and its surroundings, table and seating arrangement, choice of wedding stationery etc.

In addition, we will analyze the agreement and if necessary, prepare the annex for you to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

We will support you during meetings with the representatives of the chosen facilities so that you get even more informed about the recommended venues before you make your final decision.

Coordination of the wedding day

We will ensure your comfort and calm on the wedding day, taking the responsibility for all organizational issues, accompanying you and your guests from the preparations in the morning until the end of the reception.

You deserve full emotional engagement in the most important moments of your Wedding Day. Your main task is to enjoy the day without worrying about organizational issues. We will take care of the rest.

Coordination of the Wedding Day starts a month before the ceremony and the standard option includes:

  • ·         Creating the Fiancés Timetable of the month before the wedding.
  • ·         Creating the Wedding Day Scenario as well as making sure that
              the events are realized according to  the plans.
  • ·         Analyzing all agreements signed with the vendors and representatives
              of the reception hall.
  • ·         Consultations concerning the best reception hall arrangement, the menu,
              the course of the ceremony etc.
  • ·         Assistance in managing the guest list (by sharing with you the dedicated
              PLANNER IT system which will make it possible for you to decide on seating
              arrangements as well as plan your guests’ transport and accommodation)

  • ·         Supervising vendors’ performance on the Wedding Day according to
              the agreement.
